Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of littleappledesigns services. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
littleappledesigns provides web design services delivered digitally. All services are design-only unless otherwise agreed in writing. We design in Figma and deliver source files. Development (code) is not included unless explicitly agreed.
3. Payment
All prices are in Bulgarian Lev (BGN). Payment is due in full at the time of purchase through Stripe. For Orchard and Estate packages, a 50% deposit arrangement may be agreed by prior written agreement. Prices include Bulgarian VAT where applicable.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are stated per package. Timelines assume you review and approve work within 48 hours at each stage. Delays in approval may extend the delivery date correspondingly.
5. Revisions
Revision rounds are included as stated per package. Additional rounds beyond the agreed scope are charged at the hourly design rate of BGN 62.40 per hour.
6. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the final delivered design files. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the service purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Sofia courts.
