Refund Policy
1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with the work we produce. This policy explains our refund conditions for digital design services.
2. Before work starts
If you cancel before the discovery call and before any work has started, you are entitled to a full refund. Requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase.
3. After work has started
Once the discovery session has taken place and work has begun, we have committed designer time to your project. At this stage refunds are partial and calculated based on work completed. We will provide a written account of work done and calculate the proportional refund.
4. After delivery
Once final files have been delivered and accepted, no refund is available. If delivered files contain material errors compared to the agreed brief, we will correct them at no additional cost under the revision terms of your package.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@littleappledesigns.com with your order reference and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 3 business days.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
